1. Contractual Relationship
By accessing or using the House Connect Global platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Service Description
House Connect Global operates as a digital real estate brokerage platform and listing aggregator. We do not guarantee the immediate availability of all listed properties, as this depends on third parties and the dynamic market.
3. Accuracy of Information
Listings: Information on dimensions, prices, and features is based on data provided by owners and agents. House Connect Global makes reasonable verification efforts, but users should confirm the data before any legal transaction.
Estimated Valuations: Any price estimation tool is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an official appraisal.
4. Financial Terms and Lead Acquisition (CP Investment)
Non-Refundable Investment: Once an investment has been made by an agent to secure a specific Zip Code (CP) or lead territory, no refunds or returns will be issued. * Algorithmic Integrity: This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the stability of the lead distribution algorithm. Since the system calculates the agent’s acquisition percentage in real-time, any reversal of funds would compromise the operational logic and fairness of the distribution for other participating agents.
Service Fulfillment: The acquisition of a lead or territory is considered a completed digital service at the moment of assignment or upon the reception of the first inquiry/call. Consequently, refund requests following a lead interaction will not be valid under any circumstances.
5. Intellectual Property and Data Protection
Protected Content: The interface design (including the dark color scheme), custom CSS code, and logos are the exclusive property of the company.
Document Protection: For the security of our clients, certificates and PDF documents displayed on the platform include digital watermarks and technological measures that prevent unauthorized downloading or copying. Any attempt to violate these measures will result in account termination.
6. Privacy Policy
Data We Collect: To provide an experience like Zillow’s, we collect: Registration Information (Name, email, phone), Browsing Data (Preferences, location, behavior), and Documentation (Encrypted IDs or property titles for official procedures).
Use of Information: Your data is used to connect you with certified real estate agents, personalize search alerts, and improve platform security by detecting fraud.
7. Notice for Agents and Owners
Content License: By listing a property, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display photographs and descriptions for marketing purposes.
Quality Commitment: Agents agree to keep their listings up to date. House Connect Global reserves the right to remove listings with false information or that have been sold without being reported.
8. Limitation of Liability
House Connect Global will not be liable for:
Technical failures resulting from browser or operating system updates outside of our infrastructure.
Private agreements made outside of the legal advice of our network of certified agents.
